I start off by using Extra Virgin Olive Oil from California, which I infuse by hand. I use an array of all natural infusion flavors promoting good health. A rich combination of herbs and spices are also added to enhance the bold flavors of the olive oil blends. To top off each unique olive oil blend, I’ve added a traditional wood barrel aged balsamic vinegar making them smooth and rich to the last drop.
